I would not say that I a...I am SO excited for you!! I would not say that I am a super seasoned runner or anything by any means...but I definitely think the best advice I can give is just to LISTEN to your body. If you are tired, achy, or just are not feeling it...stop and try the run at another time. Pushing through it can be okay at times but often just leaves you feeling negative and more pain. <br /><br />I think you will do great!
